On 4/5/18 employee stated when EE stepped out of loader EE felt pain in left knee. EE stated EE did not slip or fall just pain. EE was examined by site medic & cleared to continue work. On 4/6 EE's 1st day off EE's knee was still bothering EE, so EE sought further medical care on EE's own where EE received restrictions.
