## Narrative

Operator benching in pit and high wall slipped and trapped operator in the cab of the excavator for approximately 10-15 minutes.  Operator was alert the whole time and once dug out walked away from the scene.  There were visible cuts on the operator.  Operator was taken to the hospital for an examination and observation.
