Narrative

EE was operating the forklift while IE was rigging the pipe to lift. IE adjusted the synthetic sling twice trying to lift the pipe at the desired angle. One end of the pipe was still on the ground and IE grabbed the pipe and lifted it up to put a tagline on it. The pipe swung into a support pillar 8"" away pinching IE's hand in between.
