## Narrative

Employee was recovering 72"" belt structure.  Employee dropped to the ground, placing the structure on top of right hand which was also on top of a rock.  The employee suffered a laceration to the right ring finger which required stitches.  Employee's physician put employee off work until employee can be re-evaluated on 5/15/2018.
