Narrative

Employee had mounted the 515 shovel after lunch. EE tried to pull the ladder with the left arm and foot but could not pull it up that way so EE used the right arm and as EE pulled up the ladder EE felt a pop in the shoulder and after a while started feeling a burning sensation.
