Narrative

The EE was closing a hatch on 332BE01 bucket elevator when EE struck EE's forehead at the left eyebrow level on the hatch keeper located above the hatch. The keeper is normally in the ""up"" position but fell down as the EE began to stand. The laceration required 5 stitches to close.
