Narrative

Employee was checking to see if the water hose was in the 11 ball mill feed-line and it was not. The air lance was in the feed line instead, EE grabbed the water hose to put it inside the 11 ball mill feed line and the water and sand started moving around started pulling water hose out felt sharp pain and noticed the hand was bleeding.
