Narrative

Injured employee was stepping through a 30""x30"" door in a stopping. Employee stepped through the door with left foot 1st. Employee planted the left foot on the mine floor and attempted to turn their body while pivoting on foot. The foot didn't pivot causing the left knee to twist. Employee didn't violate any rule or regulations and is properly trained.
