## Narrative

Emp was dumping slag in 5W & was pushing door with bar when bar became stuck. Emp pulled on bar and hit self in chin resulting in sutures. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor
