Narrative

Employee was troubleshooting a belt sequence cable on the 7 North Belt when the employee stepped in a water hole and twisted left knee. This employee has continued to work until 5/11/18 when the employee began missing work due to this injury. Employee did not violate any rules or regulations and is trained and experienced in job.
