## Narrative

Employee was in the process of changing a tie rod end on a shuttle car. The rod end was seized so EE put right arm against frame of shuttle car to increase force on wrench. While doing so EE felt a pop and instant pain in right shoulder. This employee returned to work the next day and recently went back to doctor and was placed off work for surgery as of 5/18/2018.
