Narrative

Contract employee was using a razor knife to cut a hard plastic lid protector on a quart can, the knife slipped and EE cut EE's wrist. Cause of injury was cutting towards self and hand placement. Compliance with company rules and miner proficiency a factor, PPE, mining equipment/system not a factor.
