## Narrative

Employee was assisting in the installation of track rails on the 4-E section. EE was pulling on a joint of rail with a drag bar and EE's left arm gave out. Employee has continued to work until 5/21/18 when EE began missing work due to this injury. Employee overexerted EE's left arm pulling too much weight. EE didn't violate any rules or regulations.
