Narrative

While driving shuttle car in St Leo #2 entry 5 block of St Leo North Mains ee discovered a bolter cable had fallen out of a ""Christmas tree"" hanger and was laying in the haul road. After lifting the approx. 10' section of cable into the hanger (approx. 7.5' off mine floor) ee felt pain in the left side of chest. Diagnosed with strained 9th rib.
