## Narrative

Injured was installing new bag house reducer (approximately 15 lbs.) on 1/2"" studs side mounting and felt pain in back.  Injured reported the incident on 4/4 and requested medical treatment on 4/16 when the condition didn't improve. Injury became reportable on 5/29 when physical therapy was ordered.
