Employee was removing a fitting with wrench, when the fitting did not move they applied more pressure on the wrench and felt pain in elbow.  EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE DATE OF ACCIDENT UNTIL 5/31/18 WHEN TAKEN OFF WORK DUE TO A PARTIALLY TORN BICEP TENDON REQUIRING SURGERY.
