Employee was cleaning material from the second floor of the screen house. A metal plate approx. 6""x 6"" had been pushed back and hidden on a ledge of the chute beside the employee but shifted due to the vibration of the plant. The metal plate fell off the ledge, hitting employee's left forearm and resulting in a laceration with three stitches.
