## Narrative

Pit mechanic was exiting a pickup when their foot slipped on the running board. Mechanic felt pain in the lower back when reaching for the grab bar. Mechanic was taken to the ER, referred to their PCP. PCP initially released to full duty 6/6, at follow-up on 6/4, released with restrictions. Currently ONGOING.
