## Narrative

The employee was underground preparing to go a belt drive. On the way to the mantrip, they stepped between the track rails into some mud, which caused them to fall injuring the left knee. Employee continued to work until 06-05-18, at which time they underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus.
