A roof fall occurred in the 9 seam in the 1st Northwest Submain entry 0 between crosscuts 14 & 15 in the inactive workings. The roof fall measured 8'T X 17'W X 15'L. The roof fall will not be cleaned up. The roof was supported with 6' fully grouted roof bolts. The date of development was 6/10/15.
