## Narrative

Employee was operating the BT-14 mantrip between the air lock doors. As ee attempted to stop, the mantrip slid into the outby set of doors, causing the frame to collapse and strike the employee in the arm.  It did not involve any equipment or compliance issues. It also did not involve job skills, proficiency, training, PPE or protective devices.
