Narrative

Employee was lifting one end of 2 inch conduit. 2 other employees were at the termination boxes trying to line the conduit up with the boxes. When the injured employee lifted the pipe the other 2 employees moved the pipe in their direction. This movement was not expected, and cause the employee's thumb to be caught between the 2 inch conduit, and a drain pipe.
