## Narrative

EE was working on tying lighting to a photocell. EE lifted up the panel door & propped it open. As EE was drilling a hole in the box below, as EE finished EE stood up & turned to left. EE came into contact with the edge of the panel door. EE made contact with safety glasses & the edge of the panel. EE suffered a muscle separation in eyelid.
