Employee was using a grinder. Felt something in the left eye, but didn't think it was anything. The next day, May 26, employee went to a clinic because the eye bothered them. The clinic removed a foreign body and gave employee eye drops. On June 5, it was still bothering them, so they went to an ophthalmologist. The doctor found the foreign body was still there, so removed it.
