## Narrative

Crew was attempting to remove a liner on the feed end. They hooked up the lower liner. The outside crew informed the other crew that they could not remove the nuts on the lower liner due to them being below the grating. The bolts were already removed from the upper liner. The EE attempted to hook up the upper liner when it dropped onto their foot. EE sustained fractures.
