## Narrative

Employee was training on a new water truck, and as EE was exiting the cab, lost EE's footing. EE reached for the handrail and EE's arm slipped between the two rails, cutting EE's lower on arm on a zip tie holding some cables. Laceration took 4 stitches to close.
