## Narrative

Two miners were entrapped on Miracle Run elevator while riding it down into the mine. The elevator speed started to surge so they hit the emergency stop button while 60' from the bottom. Elevator repair company discovered a stationary contact arm on ""H"" contactor had broken. Miners removed from elevator around 4:25 am.
