## Narrative

A ""B"" function employee was wiring a pump at the Craig Shaft, when EE stepped down off support beams for the pump, EE stepped on a the steel rope loop that is used to lift concrete slabs off a shaft and rolled EE's ankle. Cause of this injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining systems/equipment was not a factor, miner proficiency could be a factor.
