## Narrative

Injured employee was clearing chunks in an air slide. During the process, dust got past the safety glasses and irritated eyes. Employee rinsed eyes, but the left eye still felt a little irritated. The next day employee decided to go to the doctor and the doctor issued prescription eyedrops making this a MSHA recordable event.
