Narrative

Employee was installing the motor for the 206-07-1 pump. As employee was driving in the key for the sheave the hammer missed the key and hit the left thumb. Employee's thumb was pinched between the hammer and motor shaft. Employee was using another piece of square stock to drive the key in.
