Narrative

Employee was walking hanging cable hooks in the 6W section near the powwercenter when the employee tripped on rock and fell on left hand. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs,PPE,mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor
