ALLEGED IGNITION - Was to have occurred in the No. 1 entry face of No. 9 sec., where there was a (slip) sand stone material in the roof. The miner operator raised the cutter head to cut and a large piece of sand stone material fell out of top hitting the bits when the operator saw a spark or flash and it was gone, stating not really sure what it was.
