Miner was injured on 6/17/17. EE returned to work on 8/21/17. EE began missing work again on 5/8/18 for what ee said was a reoccurrence of the same injury. EE stated that no accident had occurred. EE returned to work 5/21/18 missing 9 more days. No injury report was filed as ee stated it was the same injury.
