## Narrative

Employee using a powered drill to loosen some overhead bolts on the Tunnel Boring Machine on 6/18 when the drill spun out of their grip & contacted right fourth finger. Was seen by the site medic who advised it should be x-rayed, employee refused further care. On 6/21 they saw a doctor & x-rays were positive for a fracture on right fourth finger, restrictions were issued.
