## Narrative

MTMS were threading impeller onto the barrel shaft of a pump. Injured was turning the driven sheave while the other MTM lined the impeller. The impeller started to thread onto the shaft. The injured employee tried to assist by pulling on the v-belts at the drive (motor) sheave resulting in right hand getting caught in the pinch point between the v-belts and drive sheave.
