## Narrative

EE was washing material under C9 tail pulley with 1 1/4"" water hose. The nozzle connected to the hose disconnected. EE felt pain in Rt shoulder. EE was transported to ER. In the waiting room, the EE reset the shoulder. EE told Supervisor they had a preexisting condition. This case is under investigation.
