Narrative

I.E. was building a crib on Unit #1 in Entry #12 at Spad Location 11+20. While lifting a 3' crib into place approximately 6' above the mine floor, I.E. felt a ""POP"" in the left shoulder. I.E. worked the remainder of the 6.25.2018 shift and the following shift, 6.26.2018. On 6.27.2018, I.E. was seen by a physician and diagnosed with a Torn Rotator Cuff
