Narrative

Employee was helping move rail with scoop in the 5W section. Rail shifted falling and striking employee's right upper leg resulting in contusion. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor
