## Narrative

Unplanned roof fall discovered reportable at 110 block intersection of #6 belt. Fall was approx. 10' high, 16' wide (east-west) and 31' long (north-south). Fall cavity and ruble material was covered in a heavy layer of oxidized sulfur, indicating prolonged moisture and air infiltration causing deterioration in the mine roof.
