## Narrative

Employee was working in flotation during a shutdown, and begin feeling like EE had heat exhaustion. EE stopped for an hour break, and replenished fluids. At the end of the shift, EE reported this to the supervisor. The next morning, EE thought EE was better, but about 9 am began to feel light headed, was taken to the ER and given IV fluids. Released to work.
