## Narrative

An Instrument Technician went to add water to the new sump to test the level sensor. There were two hoses next to one another. The employee opened a valve to test which line was water. It was an air line. There was a partial blockage in the line, the line released pressure and whipped back and hit the technician with the Chicago fitting on the end. The line was labeled Plant Air.
