## Narrative

A Lab Technician experienced a skin injury when EE spilled Nitric acid from a test tube while performing standard lab test under a lab hood. The spilled liquid contacted EE's neck and arm creating small first degree chemical burns on skin. The Doctor prescribed antibiotics and prescription burn cream. The employee returned without restrictions the same day.
