The Injured was at Brk 15, in the #3 entry on 7 East Development Section,as they were closing a door on a gravel car, the crank handle slipped out of their hand (or lost grip) and sprung back and caught them on the left side of the neck under the jaw causing a laceration, the wound was closed by surgical glue at Buchanan General Hospital.
