## Narrative

Employee was working on the flappers on the East C drive roller when employee felt self getting hot. Employee walked toward the track entry to get some fresh air but passed out, falling and hitting head/face area on the belts toolbox causing a laceration under right eye (received 3 stitches) and a contusion to head above right eyebrow.
