## Narrative

While working on the fuel pumps at a fuel dock, employee felt an irritation in left eye. EE thought it was an eyelash, but was also wiping sweat with the sleeve of coveralls. At some point, flushed eye several times. After going home, went ER, employee had an embedded metal fragment. EE was taken off work 2 days.
