## Narrative

While operating 401RB on Rt Side of Unit 2, Entry #9, Inby Spad Location 7+90  IE drilled approx 4' with starter steel then dropped boom to couple extension steel.  After coupling steels IE raised boom to seat extension steel into the chuck.  IE slipped on a rock and pushed joystick into Up position causing it to strike their hand
