## Narrative

A roof fall was discovered in an outby area at 28 blk. intersection of the #7 entry in the 6 North Return. The roof fall was estimated at 16 ft. wide & 20 ft. long. The roof is approx. 9 ft. above the coal seam. The area was initially bolted with 8 ft. 2 piece combination bolts. There were no injuries, equipment damage, or impaired ventilation as a result of the fall.
