Narrative

After conducting an exam in the tailgate ee was crossing over the gob plate when left foot slipped. This caused weight to shift and ee grabbed onto the gob plate with left hand/arm to keep from falling injuring left shoulder. On 07/19/2018 ee had surgery to repair left shoulder.
