Narrative

Rib bolting on tube side of miner in 6E 20 blk 3-2 crosscut. Bit portion of two piece rib drill steel got stuck in drill hole while extracting steels. While retrieving the drill steel a portion of rib (3'x4'x2-5"" thick) dislodged and pushed ee into the miner e-stop, resulting in a bruised tail bone.
