## Narrative

Employee was working on unplugging a coal line.  In doing so a pulse of compressed air passed through the line and broke the impacted coal fines loose.  This resulted in coal fines being blown from the line, striking the employees hand and then being directed towards their face, with some coal ultimately entering their left eye.
